"My Mommy Said..." (Sabi ng Mommy Ko...)

All my friends would hear this to me often. I guess I learned a lot of life lessons from her. Whenever I'm talking to people, I would somehow manage to insert "my mommy said" to our conversations. I don't know, maybe so people would think I'm credible because MY mommy said so. And most of the times, they would agree to what 'my Mommy said' so. Most especially to Lester now, he would, sometimes, rest his case when he hears me 'But my Mommy said...' as my starting words in my sentence. 

I miss my mommy a lot. We have ups and downs with our mother-daughter relationship. But that makes it more special and made me appreciate our good times more than ever.

So here it is Mommy. A set of pictures of you're fruit of labour. Our family. :) THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR LIGHT. :) For being strong and raising your kids and daddy well. :))

Thank you for all the life lessons. You're the smartest woman I've ever met. I know you miss me a lot, you always say that to me when we Facetime or talk over the phone. But you don't know how much I miss you more mommy.

After my classical encounter with Bolshoi , I was very hungry. I met up with Lester ❤  and Edison for "supper" in Bishan (I had sting ray and fried rice, just the usual) The place happened to have a Prawning Spot. I'm very grateful they let me try this. :) Prawn fishing could be very exciting to a newbie or it could be a very relaxing activity for busy Singaporeans. Bolshoi Ballet Dances Their Way to Singapore

It was a spur-of-the-moment. I didn't expect my Friday ending like this. I just watched a ballet. Not just any ballet company--it's Bolshoi Ballet. And not just any ballet classics--It's no other than Swan Lake.  Bolshoi Ballet was founded in 1776 and is one of the world's oldest and famous classic ballet companies with a heritage of more than two centuries, based at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, Russia -- Deepa Chatrath from her message in the free programme  Also, Bolshoi ballet has only visited Singapore twice (1990 &1992) ! One weekend, I had a big problem. I looked Into my closet full of clothes, and found nothing to wear. I made an important message to Lester. And you know what he said? "Well, you haven't worn the things i gave you.."Something like that. And my heart melted . You see, it's not that I don't wear the clothes he got for me, it's just that, there was no particular event to wear my Adidas shirts. But, when he said that, there's one thing that crossed my mind: CHALLENGE ACCEPTED Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday All from Adidas Originals :) and I love them all. Moral lesson: Don't make drama. Think outside the box. Be grateful on what you have. It's how you style it. :)
